No! We source and screen resumes, as well as schedule on-site interviews for your dealership at no extra cost to you. Why? After 30 years in the automotive consulting space, we are experts at identifying candidates with a high-likelihood of success in a BDC environment. BDC is a high-turnover position, much like the sales floor. Having additional support with staffing will ensure your BDC is not under-staffed, and will decrease the cost-impact turnover will have on your BDC by creating a more effective and efficient staffing process.

Q: Do you come On-Site to train our team?

Owner Connect offers On-Site, Virtual, and Outsourced Support for your team. In a traditional BDC Partnership, Owner Connect spends 2-3 days On-Site at your dealership each month to provide live, face to face support and accountability. During the time we are not on-site with your team, our Account Managers continue to monitor and coach your team virtually.
